What you’ll be doing
As an intern you will be supporting the team across all stages of the deal lifecycle by:
- Conducting initial scoping, research, and due diligence; collaborating across departments to engage relevant stakeholders.
- Building business cases and modeling to project commercial impact.
- Presenting to senior stakeholders and prioritising deals based on impact
- Defining key commercial objectives to attain in the negotiation phase
- Executing commercial negotiations to meet objectives.
- Assisting the legal team throughout contract negotiations.
- Working closely with the product and ops teams to ensure flawless project implementation
- Driving project to go-live; owning and optimising post-launch performance.
Except of aiding team in achieving ambitious targets you will be independently managing smaller deals end-to-end yourself.
What you’ll need
- BSc or ongoing studies in Management, Economics, Finance or STEM subjects at a top tier university
- Evidence of strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Evidence of strong SQL skills
- To be an avid and quick learner with a deeply rooted desire to make an impact
- Fluency in English
- Ambitious and result-driven personality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Determination and grit in getting things done
- A proactive attitude
- A love for problem-solving
- To feel comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Prior internship experience in a startup, fast growing tech company, top tier consulting firm or investment bank (client facing)
