Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include

  • Day-to-day and month-end operations
  • Launch of RtR month-end transactions in SAP
  • Accrual and prepaid calculation
  • Prepares journal entries
  • Monitors month-end closing activities
  • Various reports preparation and analysis
  • Report financial results for consolidation purposes
  • Ensure the RTR process meets all operational needs and ensure compliance with USGAAP accounting principles and all relevant RTR internal controls
  • Prepare and review accounts subject to the Balance Sheet review process, identify unusual items, and select the correct procedure for action
  • Conducting BSR calls as a Leader for the meeting, coordinating other stakeholder’s work
  • Be the first line of contact and provide replies to queries, supporting internal & external audits
  • Assist with departmental projects and standardization initiatives, process improvement ideas

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in the RTR area
  • Good knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems and MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks
