ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT YOU’LL DO
- First Impressions Matter: You will be the initial point of contact for potential customers, utilizing your active, confident, and friendly communication style to establish relationships with decision-makers.
- Solution-oriented approach: Act as a consultant to potential Austrian customers, identify their current challenges and help them to understand how Personio can support them working better in the future.
- Proactive lead generation: You’ll proactively research and identify new customers, developing personalized sales strategies for outbound lead generation to drive our expansion in the Austrian market.
- Team Collaboration: Be an integral part of a motivated and ambitious team, sharing best practices and providing support to your sales development and Account Executive teammates.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS: WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Market Insight: An interest in the Austrian market, preferably with prior experience or familiarity with the Austrian dialect.
- Sales Acumen: Previous exposure to Sales, particularly in a B2B context, such as internships or working student roles in Sales, event management, or the hospitality industry.
- Tech Enthusiasm: A genuine enthusiasm for software products and the ability to effectively work with them.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken German (C2 level) and English (B1+ level), as well as proficiency in the Austrian dialect.
- Educational Background: Ideally, you hold a degree in Economics, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field, although relevant work experience is equally valuable.
