ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and execute strategies for outbound lead generation, ensuring a steady influx of potential clients.
- Conduct research to identify and approach new prospects in the Benelux region, actively initiating conversations to understand their HR digitization needs.
- Clarify and resolve the specific requirements of our target audience, mediating initial solutions for HR process digitization.
- Build strong relationships to engage in meaningful dialogues with prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with a team of experienced Account Executives, leveraging their knowledge and insights to enhance your skills.
- Take ownership of the early stages of the sales process by generating and qualifying new leads.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS: WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Previous experience in customer interaction, preferably in a B2B context, such as call center operations, human resources, or event management.
- A passion for software products and a readiness to work with them to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- A proactive, energetic, and creative approach to communication that fosters trust and excitement in potential customers.
- Strong language proficiency in Dutch and English (knowledge of French is a bonus).
- An active listener who communicates purposefully and confidently.
