Job Description:

What you will do:

  • Develop maintenance strategy and M&R hourly rates for JSS opportunities identified by the commercial team
  • Support customer-specific asset management strategies for rebuild, repair, or replacement decisions
  • Support component life strategies based on site application severity
  • Collaborate with JSS commercial and legal teams to ensure contracts are accurately drafted and legally approved
  • Collaborate with Cat Dealers and JSS Fleet Managers to audit the financial status of M&R contract commitments
  • Maintain and develop Standard Work for regional pricing, contract drafting, and invoicing processes
  • Support the growth of the JSS business model into new countries by collaborating with local accounting and legal teams

What you will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related technical field
  • 5+ years of job-related experience

Top Candidates will also have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required to work with Caterpillar and Dealer leadership and others inside and outside the department
  • Previous experience in Cat Dealer-facing roles
  • Understanding of Caterpillar service systems and tools
  • Previous experience related to dealer service operation
  • Previous experience with M&R rate development tools (Calculator Web, Service Option Collaborator, AMT, etc) and processes
  • Understanding of Caterpillar Mining Equipment Management practices
  • Previous experience with contract drafting and execution
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Focus on process improvement
