Job Description:

What you will do:

  • Provide product application expertise at point of sale, or by delivering various types of product trainings, including applied technology, job efficiency, and safety to customers, dealers, and internal sales personnel.
  • Conduct product performance studies, assess customer job sites efficiency, collecting product and customer requirements in order to create input for product improvements and new product development programs.
  • Manage the marketing of technology tools/systems and work with key stakeholders to develop a product roadmap to drive business growth.

Skills you will have:

  • Extensive level of  Technical knowledge: knowledge of technology products and various application methods
  • Products and Services – Working knowledge : Explains key features, benefits and advantages of current and new products.
  • Extensive level of Value Selling: has clear understanding of customer business needs and how to meet those needs.
  • Extensive level of Customer focus, Relationship Management  and Communications skills : fosters strong customer relationships via delivery on commitments, on-going feedback/improvement and open communication with the ability to constructively engage diverse audience.


Degree and experience requirements:

  • Completed Degree in Engineering, or similar field of study.
  • Progressive industry experience in commercial and/or engineering positions with ongoing interactions with dealers and/or customers
  • Fluency in English is critical

Top candidates will also have:

    • Previous experience working in an international environment.
