Job Description:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Advise, influence coach and guide all levels of management on people-management and leadership related issues – act as point of contact for enquiries.
  • Anticipate the need for change and influence change before a crisis or inflection point arrives. Consciously strive to build networks of support for change goals and objectives.
  • Delivery of HR processes (Performance Management, Salary Revision, Recruitment, Work environment, Rehabilitation, Negotiations with Unions etc.)
  • Co-create processes and guidelines in cooperation with Global HR
  • Drive and participate in Program management project for the EMEA region

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar.
  • Experience of international multi-site company
  • 8+ years of qualified HR experience
  • Fluency in Swedish and English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience from manufacturing industry
  • Experience of supporting commercial departments
