Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Program Management.  Responsibilities include end-to-end project management of medium sized and moderately complex projects.  The scope of the role includes day to day operations and liaison with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and technology providers and extensive collaboration with internal business partners. This position is responsible for Tier I issue resolution and program audits. Develops and delivers traveler and travel arranger training.  Manages the Online booking tools, including configuration, travel profiling and enhancements.   • Supplier Management.  Negotiates supplier discounts and conducts RFPs.  Manages service level agreements and corrective action required for SLA deficiencies.  Conducts weekly Travel Operations meetings with TMCs and quarterly business reviews with key air, hotel, and car suppliers. Manages Supplier promotions and marketing and tracks and processes of all vendor payments, rebates, and incentives.
  • Data Analysis.  Using data, develops meaningful analytics and delivers analysis and reporting used to identify discount opportunities and traveler behavior trends. Provide, as necessary, data analytics and consulting to other Supply Chain colleagues, HR, Asset Protection, Finance, Risk Management and Tax. Evaluates KPIs and Platform statistics to improve Travel Portals and travel service configurations.
  • Business Continuity.  Ensures 3Ps can support labor and disaster related emergencies and collaborates with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) to secure lodging and air reservations during events.   Significant collaboration with business partners in Retail, GRE and Network Organization. Manages bunk houses and daily and event-related bulk lodging requests, ensuring SLA attainment and value creation.
  • Through close collaboration with key vendor(s), responsible for leading the processes, strategies, and tools for the assigned business or functional area and implementing, improving, and supporting key strategic initiatives.
  • Manages vendor performance against established targets and works with these vendors to ensure that critical delivery, quality, and other logistics performance objectives are achieved.
  • Develops team relationships at a strategic and tactical level with vendors and AT&T client organizations and leads operational performance meetings to discuss vendor performance gaps and establish corrective action plans.

Education: Preferred Bachelors degree.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
