The Role

Engineer solutions that adhere to Salesforce best practices and seamlessly integrate innovative technologies when needed.
Construct custom developments that excel in functionality, scalability, and maintainability.
Envision and develop new and creative ways to incorporate AI into our business systems in order to increase business capabilities and efficiency
Convert business needs into optimal solutions utilizing the Salesforce platform and its integrations.
Investigate and recommend proactive best practices for Salesforce deployments, such as update cadences, data hygiene, and robust reporting for the sales organization.
Discover opportunities for increased efficiency and pioneering methods.
Ensure the completeness and precision of Salesforce workflows.
Handle diverse Salesforce support and enhancement inquiries.
Act as a technical liaison for Salesforce and related systems, managing their interconnectivity.
Willingness and ability to learn new business and integration systems, such as Workato, MuleSoft, and Retool in order to grow in the role
Report directly to the Manager of Business Systems Engineering.

Qualifications

Over 5 years of seasoned Salesforce Development expertise.
Salesforce Developer certification is a must
Proficient in Apex, Lightning components, Flows, Salesforce APIs, and both SOAP and REST web services, along with SOQL.
Experience in development work outside of the Salesforce ecosystem, demonstrating the ability to function as a generalized engineer
Experience with testing automation using Postman and Javascript or equivalents.
Experience writing SQL and using data warehouses.
Background in software engineering beyond the Salesforce platform.
Innate talent for devising ingenious solutions to intricate problems.
Exceptional analytical prowess, adept at independent problem-solving, prioritizing, and team collaboration.
Ability to navigate dynamic environment with a high level of ambiguity
Stellar communication abilities, encompassing both written and spoken forms.
Bonus: Prior involvement in a rapidly expanding startup.
