Job Description:

Administrative Support

  • Manage the inputs and outputs of LMS or LXP to support creation and management of learning.  Approve course code requests, assignment of required learning, course equivalency, adding instructors to courses, program, plan or pathway setup and maintenance.  All must be done with a very high level of accuracy following approved business processes and governance rules
  • Consult on the proper system configuration to achieve desired user experience
  • Appropriately diagnose and respond to support tickets
  • Handle asynchronous program-related correspondences and communications
  • Coordinate and help with roster management, session invites, and roster completion activities
  • Perform detailed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly audit ensuring  timeliness, accuracy and security requirements are upheld
  • Drive operational changes required to streamline support of learning systems
  • Evaluate process and system effectiveness and continuously improving our solutions
  • Leverage existing dashboards and reports to help status others and to provide insight into trends
  • Creates technical support and business process documentation/job aids for team functions.


Technical Support

  • Support and actively engage in UAT Testing
  • Technical troubleshooting (often with GTS partners of similar title/levels and/or vendor technology teams)
  • Provide advanced end user support around learning platforms (Tier 3 support)
  • Technical integrations for vendor supplied products (i.e., Degreed, Workday, APIs)
  • Manage Administration Security for learning platforms and users


What we’re looking for…

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four years of L&D experience
  • 2 Yrs Learning Management (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform administration (LXP)
  • PC and desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office/Google suite, etc.) competency.
  • Pulling, merging and normalizing data from varied sources, summarizing and graphing data in Excel or Google Sheets

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • One or more years of training design and/or facilitation experience
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing
  • Project management Experience
