Job Description:

Senior Technology Business Analysis needed by AT&T Services, Inc. in Dallas, Tx [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to provide general operational Workfront user support, training material development, and updates. Support existing Workfront implementation and manage the end-to-end process of implementing Workfront for new teams within the company including process assessment, system design, configuration, testing, validation, and user training. Effectively work with Workfront customer support, support ticket triage, and review the Workfront help request queue. Look for operational efficiencies, reviews new Workfront releases, engaging the user community to continually update, and refresh processes. Maintain reports and dashboards, validate data, enhancement requests, new group, and user onboarding. Configure portfolio and programs, request queues, custom forms, and approvals based on business requirements. Use Workfront Fusion to automate business processes and develop integration with external system such as JIRA. Build, test, and deploy Workfront Fusion scenarios and connect Workfront to third-party application including JIRA. Use Workfront API, Microsoft Graph, Regex, and other developer tools to provide solutions to automation challenges for process optimization and troubleshoot/maintain these solutions. Act as a product owner for Workfront, manage the requirements/user stories process by delegating between business stakeholders and the delivery teams to align business needs with a technical architecture and end-solution. Elicit, analyze, and validate project requirements that result in new applications or enhancements to existing applications, systems and/or business process design. Understand business issues and needs that translate into requirements to create the overall solution. Manage end-to-end requirements process using tools to define the set of processes and approach for each project, as well as issue resolution. Conduct peer reviews and assist teams in assessing the impact and opportunity of new technologies to enable new capabilities. Support cost estimates and create VPMO requests when additional capacity is needed. Prepare requirements packages and user stories, participate in grooming sessions, manage requirements traceability changes, artifacts, as well as develop reference and resource materials. Review final technical design and coordinate user acceptance tests. Participate across the project lifecycle team to ensure requirements have been met to stakeholder specifications. Apply expertise in Agile and Waterfall, SDLC, business process, applications and systems, negotiation skills, and RFP development and technical evaluation. Apply knowledge of Adobe Workfront and its data model. Conduct discovery sessions to understand business processes and documented Workfront opportunities over existing processes and tools. Analyze business workflows and increase operational efficiency and end-user adoption through recommendations. Apply knowledge of SAAS API integration. Apply knowledge of Workfront Proof, file types, workflows, and processes related to internet marketing and creative development. Apply knowledge of Workfront’s ‘back end’. Manage projects from conception to delivery.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering and Management, or Information Technology and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation eliciting, analyzing, and validating project requirements that result in new implementation or enhancements to existing applications, systems and/or business process design; managing end-to-end requirements process using tools to define the set of processes and approach for each project, as well as issue resolution; building, testing, and deploying Workfront Fusion scenarios and connecting Workfront to third-party application including JIRA; using Workfront API, Microsoft Graph, Regex, and other developer tools to provide solutions to automation challenges for process optimization and troubleshoot/maintain these solutions; applying knowledge of Adobe Workfront and its data model; applying knowledge of SAAS API integration; applying knowledge of Workfront Proof, file types, workflows, and processes related to internet marketing and creative development; applying knowledge of Workfront’s ‘back end’; managing projects from conception to delivery; supporting cost estimates and creating VPMO requests when additional capacity or hardware is needed; preparing requirements packages and user stories, participating in grooming sessions, managing requirements traceability changes, artifacts, as well as developing reference and resource materials; reviewing final technical design and coordinating User Acceptance Tests; and applying expertise in Agile and Waterfall, SDLC, business process, applications and systems, negotiation skills, and RFP development and technical evaluation.
