Job Description:

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Focus on implementing tools/processes to build a robust platform for use by all IT customer teams and guiding development and documenting standards for use by the organization.
  • The role requires that the individual be a consensus builder that works to align systems engineering strategy and design with architectural guidelines, application strategy and business goals.
  • Working with tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps. Working on ADO stories aligned to features, communication of new capabilities/process updates to customers to increase enterprise adoption.
  • CI/CD lifecycle management, and creation/updates to test automation framework for the key ITSM processes and API’s interfacing with ServiceNow Platform.

 

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Understanding of ServiceNow, ITSM processes, CSDM model, CMDB
  • Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), Catalog Development/Deployment End-End
  • API testing, deployment, and integration
  • Azure fundamentals, Azure DevOps
  • Experience coordinating with multiple product teams.
  • Communication across multiple end users/stakeholders, team player
  • Must be amenable to work in day and mid shifts, and in a hybrid work arrangement.

 

Selection Criteria:

 

Business Analyst Skills & Technical Depth

  • Ability to understand strategic goals and objectives and key business processes and identify integration points.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, socializing, and vetting new business processes and working across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend reports to aid in decision making, communicate trends, exceptions, and appropriate actions to audiences of all levels.
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes and related technical standards and controls is a plus.
  • Experience/knowledge in Agile SAFe, Kanban and Scrum methodologies.

 

Communication Skills

  • Ability to coordinate, create and deliver effective communications across a broad range of stakeholder groups; successfully adapts communications to audiences of all levels.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams both external and internal and influence/drive to deliver results.

 

Leadership

  • Able to influence and inspire trust in others to follow and support.
  • Able to provide out-of-hours support when needed.
  • Willingness to take ownership and show initiative to achieve results.
