Global Project Manager Description: The Global PM is responsible for developing project plans, managing, and coordinating the implementation of network service solutions for various projects (AVPN, Flexware/ SDWAN, Anira/AVTS, NI solutions, Telepresence) of a highly complex nature for customers in EMEA and other MoW regions. Responsibilities:

• Cooperate closely with international specialists within the company and with customers in MOW (Most of World) regions. • Ensures project is meeting the expectations of the business by reviewing project deliverables • Lead and execute service delivery activities and associated responsibilities during the E2E project cycle Be accountable for the project delivery from contract signature up to first bill correctness. • Support ordering and delivery coordination of PTT circuits with Telco providers and coordinate all related sub-activities • Coordinate and support customer site migrations and proactively follow up on open items (migration date negotiations, cabling, on-site techs) • Update and maintain internal business systems used for project control, ordering and configuration management • Develop, track and report project management tasks and activities to supervisor and customers using industry accepted Project Management tools & reports such as MS Project & MS Excel • Lead escalations for both internal and customer facing issues and support any troubleshooting • Lead and implement small process / tooling improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree 5-8 years of Service delivery or PM experience Excellent English Language skills A second language Japanese N1 JP & Korean proficiency is required. Native Japanese & Korean speakear would be appreciated. Project management methodology, techniques, and tools PMI certification would be appreciated Previous direct Japanese customer interfacing experience Ability to lead project meetings and make presentation facing the customer Basic business and commercial skills Knowledge of telecommunication technologies/products and networking technologies Creative Problem Solving Prioritization skills
