What does a Staffing Specialist/recruiter do?

•Drive candidate and client satisfaction and loyalty by matching top talent to great work opportunities
•Recruiting – Attract, engage, market, assess and employ candidates
•Hiring – onboard, coach, discipline, advance and terminate associates
•Create a strong candidate pipeline through attraction campaigns and digital outreach programs
•Build relationships with clients to gain clear understanding of their current and future hiring needs to find quality candidates and fill openings quickly
•Process applicant and associate records efficiently and accurately in compliance with HR regulation
•Compile reports and data from HR systems and databases timely and accurately
•Likes to have fun, work hard and contribute to the office team

Do you have what it takes? We are looking for:

•One to three years of recruiting, human resources and customer service experience
•Bachelor’s degree is a plus
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
•Strong computer (MS Office) and organizational skills with great attention to detail
•Positive attitude with an “own the role” mentality
•Eagerness to work with a team in a professional office environment and have fun!
