Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
- Typically 6-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function.
Knowledge and Skills:

- Panel product & panel industry knowhow
- Understand panel cost structures and panel cost trends
- Communication skills to connect with cross functional teams/suppliers
- Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational skills to collect/summarize data and industry trend
- Ability to effectively summarize results and recommendation/proposals to senior management
- Fluent mandarin listening and speaking skills would be considered an advantage.
