Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain risk committee governance and records, including calendars, meeting materials, charters, policies, etc.
- Prepare quarterly risk committee decision log.
- Responsible for GRM internal resources including SharePoint and GRM Intranet.
- Responsible for gathering metrics for regular reporting (e.g., FRC/ERC risk report).
- Support coordination and preparation of the NAIC ORSA.
- Lead and/or support GRM wide projects as needed.
- Coordinate Learning & Development initiatives for GRM, such as course management and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and proprietary material.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
- Experience in the financial services industry and insurance preferred.
- High degree of organization and attention to detail.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently on multiple priorities, follow-up skills, and an appropriate sense of ownership and urgency.
- High degree of professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion in contact with management and associates.
- Cultural fluency and ability to work effectively with a diverse, global population.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred:
- Risk management background is a plus.
