WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Organize and arrange best in class talent attraction area processes and standards and define clear WoW within those processes taking into account global, area and local responsibilities – the main priority is the recruitment area,
  • Striving to arrange processes and priorities in subordinate areas in order to achieve the goal of acquiring more talents from outside the organization,
  • Critical review of existing and currently used TA tools, solutions and processes in terms of their standards and usability and their optimization or change, if necessary,
  • Navigate and collaborate with global and local teams to seek synergies and clarity at the area level and build area practical, real-value TA solutions and processes,
  • Proper use of local resources to understand the needs of individual markets and propose practical TA solutions and effectively supervise their implementation.

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

  • Do you have experience gained within an FMCG, multi category organizations on the senior talent acquisition positions?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Have experience in projects/roles requiring coordination of processes and tasks at an above country level and in a matrix, fast-paced international environment,
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong practical knowledge of recruitment methodology, processes, sourcing and assessment tools as well as candidates engagement practices,
  • A strong understanding of onboarding practices, processes and standards,
  • Be able to demonstrate a generalist knowledge of developing and implementing employer branding campaigns and tools,
  • Ability to conceptualize area talent attraction policies, processes and standards based on global frameworks and ability to execute them on area level coordinating local resources,
  • Have a¬†proactive, purpose and solution orientation mindset with ability to critically evaluate and adapt TA solutions that will bring a real value to the business,
  • Have the ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders, manage expectations and communicate with them effectively,
  • Have excellent communication skills with proven ability to develop positive relationships with all levels of management and staff across countries and functions as well as engaging them to achieve TA goals even without formal authority,
  • Be a mature self-starter with a strong planning, organizational and set priorities skills,
  • Be able to lead and motivate multi-location team and create an engaging, performance focused working environment,
  • Professionally fluent in English, Polish is a plus.
