Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Identify, Plan and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Technology contracting process
  • Build trust and a collaborative relationship with Technology contracting process stakeholders such as Legal, Cybersecurity, Technology Architecture and Data Privacy
  • Facilitate and manage the Technology contract prioritization process
  • Monitor and report on the overall status and health of the Technology contracting pipeline
  • Analyze performance data, structure and visually present data, develop insights, and craft recommendations
  • Project manage continuous improvement efforts
  • Influence executive communication written and verbal
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Exposure to and general knowledge of strategic sourcing, negotiating and contracting complex enterprise wide contracts.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strategic business mindset, organizational savvy, present an executive-level presence, and balance multiple stakeholder interests simultaneously.
  • Skilled in understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
  • Skilled in basic project management principles including project planning, task management, risk identification and escalation, and issue reporting
  • Skilled in effective collaboration, listening, and influencing stakeholders for alignment
  • Ability to challenge and influence at all levels
  • Ability to develop and present executive communication and presentation

Education

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

  • Advanced level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:
    • Coordinating, managing and aligning cross-department stakeholders
    • Developing and working with project schedules or integrated project schedules
    • Data analysis and reporting
    • Quickbase (can remove if not appropriate, but think it would be helpful)
  • Preferred: Experience with Project Management, Continuous Improvement methodologies, and Technology Enterprise contracting.

Physical Abilities

  • Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
