Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Sell Paccar Financial Used Trucks to end customers while aiming to maximize resale values
  • Identify prospective customers, develop and execute strategies necessary to achieve goals
  • Prospect for sales opportunities via telephone, direct contact, and digital media
  • Call on prospective customers and assigned accounts within assigned territory
  • Prospect for finance opportunities with each customer
  • Maintain contacts with customers in relation to their requirements; keep current on market and customer trends
  • Update customer management system of the used truck center
  • Check in trucks assigned to the used truck center
  • Inspect and appraise condition of used trucks proposed for trade
  • Update and sustain advertising platforms, provide assistance with design and submission
  • Miscellaneous tasks and duties as assigned, to support the goals and objectives of the used truck center
  • High school diploma required. BA/BS degree preferred
  • Good communication skills, self-motivated, and persistent
  • Previous truck and/or equipment sales experience a plus
  • Financing and/or lending experience a plus
  • Knowledge of the US used truck market a plus (Regional and National markets)
  • Multi-Lingual skills a plus (Spanish, Punjabi, Hindi, Russian, Asian languages)
  • Computer literate, MS Office

Experience Level: Mid-Senior
