Job Description:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering

Requires a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in oil and gas production practices.

• Operate and maintain onshore oil and gas water infrastructure.
• Monitor operating expenses to identify and control high-cost areas.
• Prepare annual volume and expense budgets.
• Monitor well performance and production volumes to maintain and improve operations.
• Ensure that field operations are being conducted in compliance with all applicable state/province and federal laws and regulations.
• Interact daily with Foremen, operators, service companies, landowners, and regulatory agency personnel.
• Prepare authorizations for expenditures and procedures for new well facilities as well as remedial work.
• Provide engineering and planning necessary for drilling and completions water operations.
• Management of chemical programs

• Oil and gas industry experience preferred.
• Practice safe work habits at all times
• Demonstrate commitment to Devon Attributes
• Knowledge in state/province and federal regulatory laws and regulations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creative individual, capable of analyzing and solving problems.
• Able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively work within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve project related goals.
• Efficient time management and the ability to concurrently handle multiple projects.
• Intermediate Level computer skills
• Able to travel as required and work extended hours.
